Ganjali Plaza Hotel, Baku

I had a wonderful experience at Ganjali Plaza Hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Aysal and Hassan at the reception. They were incredibly helpful, even late at night, making my stay feel special. We booked ten rooms for a group, and we had a great time together. However, while the hospitality was top-notch, the rooms could use a little more attention to comfort and sound insulation.
